"Account setup was a little frustrating"
I tried setting up an account it took longer than I expected. The email verification was slow, and some of the pages were kind of confusing at first, well, not impossible to figure out, but still more annoying than they needed to be. I did get in eventually, but it wasn’t the best first impression

"Super easy to follow"
I really liked how clear the updates were. You don’t have to guess what’s going on or deal with any confusion, which made the whole experience feel really smooth

"Decent when it’s up, but the downtime makes me wonder"
It works fine most days, but I’ve run into random slow stretches and a couple of actual outages. Support did get back to me, but it took longer than I expected, which made me wonder if they only really jump on things once enough people complain. It’s not terrible by any means, but I wouldn’t call it fully dependable either.

"Refund took some time, but it worked out"
The dispute process was slow, well, slower than I expected, but the refund did come through eventually. It wasn’t the quickest experience, but it did get handled in the end.

"Heads up: billing was actually straightforward"
Just a quick heads-up for anyone worried about the billing side of things: I paid without any problems, the invoice came through fast, and I didn’t see anything strange show up on my card. it was a simple setup and worked the way billing really should.

"Support was actually quick"
I had a small issue with my account, so I messaged support not really expecting much. To be fair, they got back to me faster than I thought they would and sorted it out without turning it into a whole ordeal. I guess I can’t really complain, it went smoothly.

So far, I haven’t noticed any weird tracking or anything that feels off. Usually when an app is sketchy, you start seeing the same little patterns quickly, but I’m not getting that here. Feels secure and privacy-friendly overall.

The delivery actually came really fast, which was great. Of course, with my luck, it showed up right when I wasn’t ready for it, so the timing was kind of annoying. But no complaints about the speed

"I found phreak.club really easy to figure..."
I found phreak.club really easy to figure out. At first I thought I might have to poke around a bit, actually, no, it was straightforward right away. I didn’t feel lost or have to guess where things were, and everything worked fine for what I needed. No real complaints from me.
